Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the Dalton K9 Academy app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password, and confirm.

It happens straight away, and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email brogan@daltonk9academy.co.uk from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within a month, and usually within a few days, and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-ins, your dogs, bookings and care records, your forms and anything you uploaded with them, training reports with their photos and videos, our notes about you, and your enquiries.

What is kept

Shop orders, for six years, because tax law requires us to keep sales records. Your email address and phone number are removed from them. Deleted information can also stay in our backups for up to 12 months.

Before you can delete

If your dog is booked in or staying with us, or a shop order is on its way, the app will ask you to wait until that is finished. Those records are what we use to look after your dog and get your order to you.
